•Client Registration: When you register with Crescent Tuition, we store your email address in our database. Additionally, to complete your registration, we require the following information:

•Phone number
•Physical address, including postcode and town of residence

•Subjects and levels you wish to be taught
•General information about the help you are seeking
•Your availability
•Current school, exam board, and predicted/target grades
•Tutor Information: For tutors, we collect additional personal information, including:
•Subjects taught
•Gender, availability, qualifications, and experience
•Photo identification (passport or driving license)
•DBS document
•Contact details of at least two references, along with their responses to our questionnaire
•Profile photos
•Payment details

Payment Processors
Payments are processed through our account with Starling Bank. If you wish to have your payment details deleted from our system, please notify us, and they will be deleted within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
